My name is Alissa Brecht, MS, RSN, CSO

And I’m so excited that you are here!

I’m a registered dietitian nutritionist, board-certified specialist in oncology nutrition, and intuitive eating enthusiast helping you and others like you to focus on general healthy lifestyle habits without the confusion of restrictive and fad dieting, finally stop yo-yo dieting, reduce cancer risk, and manage side-effects of treatment.

I offer virtual 1:1 nutrition counseling to focus on your unique health goals, which may include:

  • Gaining a better relationship with yourself, your body, and food

  • Ending the constant cycle of dieting and weight changes

  • Reducing risk of developing chronic diseases, including cancer

  • Managing treatment related side-effects of cancer

My passion is helping people achieve understanding of how food affects their body and metabolism; learn how to eat reduce risk of disease, and to feel good both physically and mentally; feel confident in their food choices; remove shame, guilt, and confusion around food.
